Fairfield Man Charged With DUI After Crash: Police
The 55-year-old Fairfield man was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane, according to police.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man is accused of driving under the influence after a crash Monday, according to police.
The incident occurred about 6:30 p.m., when Michael M. Forte was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane while operating a 2002 Ford Explorer, police said. Forte, 55, was found to have been involved in a crash at Jennings Road and Longfellow Avenue, according to police.
Forte was given a court date of Jan. 18, police said.
