Fairfield Man Charged with Harassing More Than 30 Women with Inappropriate Photos: Report
The man reportedly told police he had a hard time talking to girls and would send photos instead.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man who told police that he has a hard time talking to girls is accused of sending photos of his penis to more than 30 women, according to the Connecticut Post.
Daniel Tepfer of the Post reports police began receiving numerous complaints from women earlier this summer saying they were being harassed by Douglas Baran, 21, of Harvester Road.
Baran was arrested on five counts of second-degree harassment and was released on a promise to appear in court after telling police he was undergoing treatment for sex addiction, according to Tepfer.
