FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man is charged after he was accused of threatening a juvenile on Christmas Eve, according to Westport police. Law enforcement responded about 5 p.m. Tuesday to a Westport home, where a complainant reported that Joseph Tatusko made a serious verbal threat to the minor over the phone, police said in a Facebook post.
An arrest warrant was issued for Tatusko, who turned himself in Thursday at Westport police headquarters, according to the post. Tatusko was charged with second-degree threatening and released after signing a promise to appear in court for an arraignment Friday in Norwalk, the post said. His next court appearance is set for Jan. 22, according to court records.
Tatusko, who the Milford Mirror reported is a Fairfield resident, is in his 60s, court records said. Online records indicate Tatusko lives in Southport.
