Fairfield Medical Building Sold; Will Be Site Of Center's New Branch

The building was bought by a Fairfield County doctor, who plans to expand his business with a location in Fairfield.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A nearly 5,000-square-foot medical building was recently purchased by an area doctor.

Dr. Vinay Madan bought the structure at 309 Stillson Road to expand has Wilton-based Center for Varicose Veins with a new branch in Fairfield, according to a news release from brokerage firm Choyce Peterson Inc., which was appointed in mid-2021 as the listing agent for the property. The first floor of the site is occupied by an urgent care practice, and Madan will take over the second floor.

The structure is pre-built for a medical practice, located just off Black Rock Turnpike, and equidistant between Interstate 95 Exit 24 and Merritt Parkway Exit 44.

“For decades, multiple medical practices have successfully run their businesses from this building, including my own pediatrician when I was young," Choyce Peterson Vice President Scott Peterson said in the news release. "We’re thrilled that our efforts have led to the timely sale of this building and the continued success of medical practices at this location.”

Madan was represented by Stewart Snow, executive vice president at Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Group.
