Fairfield Men’s Basketball vs. Quinnipiac, Jan 28

As part of the annual "Coaches vs. Cancer" initiative at Fairfield University, the University is selling a Capalbo Strong ticket package. This package includes a 2024 Capalbo Strong hockey jersey, a $10 donation to the Jimmy Fund at Dana Farber in Charlie’s name, and a ticket for the Fairfield University Men's Basketball game on January 28 vs. Quinnipiac, Jan 28 at 2 p.m.

For over 30 years, the Coaches vs. Cancer program, in collaboration with the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), has united coaches and fans nationwide to help the American Cancer Society defeat a common enemy – cancer. Fairfield University hopes this initiative and upcoming game night will continue honoring local hometown hero, Charlie Capalbo, who was diagnosed with T Lymphoblastic Lymphoma and passed away in 2022. Each ticket package means one more donation in Charlie's name goes to helping to save lives and reduce the burden of cancer for patients and families worldwide.
