FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield native tried her luck last month as a contestant on “The Celebrity Dating Game,” according to CTInsider.
Parris Rose, an entertainment reporter, appeared on the show July 26, when she competed for a date with New York Giants running back and “Dancing with the Stars” winner Rashad Jennings, CTInsider reported.
“The Celebrity Dating Game,” which airs on ABC and is hosted by actress Zooey Deschanel and singer Michael Bolton, sees celebrities chose from a hidden panel of prospective dates.

Rose was not the winner and told CTInsider that she didn’t know who Jennings was, even after his identity was revealed.
