Fairfield Police Department: Two Suspects Arrested Following Vehicle Burglary

FAIRFIELD – On 4/21/21 at approximately 1:00am Fairfield Police received a call from a resident of Linley Drive reporting her car was just entered by 3 males wearing hooded sweatshirts. Patrols and a K-9 officer responded to the area and located three males hiding a short distance away in a backyard on Melville Avenue. Two of the three suspects were taken into custody without incident while the third fled. Isaiah Valentin (18) was identified as one of the two suspects. The other is a juvenile (16). A nearby homeowner provided access to their Ring doorbell camera. On the video, officers observed Valentin walk up to a vehicle and attempt to enter the passenger door.
