Fairfield Sets End of Beach Season Schedule

From the Fairfield Parks & Recreation Department

South Pine Creek Beach – Will be staffed with lifeguards through Sunday, August 23rd. There will be no lifeguards on duty as of Monday, August 24th.

Jennings and Penfield Beaches, Sasco and Southport Beaches and Lake Mohegan – Will be staffed with lifeguards through Sunday, August 30th. There will be no lifeguards on duty from Monday, August 31st through Friday, September 4th.

Lifeguards will be on duty Labor Day Weekend, Saturday, September 5th to Monday, September 7th.

Beaches may have reduced swim areas. Please be sure to obey the lifeguards and to swim in permitted areas only.

Penfield and Jennings Boathouses - The boathouse will be open weekends only September 5th to 7th, September 12th to 13th, and 19th to 20th from 10am until 6pm.
