Fairfield’s Ellyse Hamlin won a pair of national tennis titles this past weekend.
Hamlin claimed both the singles and doubles titles at the girls’ 18-and-under USTA Clay Court Championships in Memphis, Tennessee.
Hamlin, who will attend Duke in the fall, beat fellow incoming Duke freshman Kaitlyn McCarthy by scores of 6-7, 6-1, 7-5 in the singles final on Saturday.
