Just Salad To Open First CT Location In Fairfield In October
The salad shop will be next to the recently opened Crumbl Cookies store.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Healthy cuisine shop Just Salad is slated to open its first Connecticut location at 2267 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, according to the chain.
"Our Fairfield store is currently scheduled to open on Saturday, October 29," spokesperson Nicole Natoli wrote in an email to Patch. "Our Grand Opening events for this location will begin the week of November 14."
The chain, which has more than 60 locations in the United States in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Florida and North Carolina, serves an array of salads, warm bowl meals, smoothies, soups, wraps and other foods.

Customers can order items from the menu, or, in the case of salads, also make their own.
"To celebrate the grand opening of its Fairfield location, Just Salad will be offering several in-store promotions to incentivize healthy, climate-conscious food choices," Natoli said.
