Family in government: No.

The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

1. Issue: Ensuring that we continue to be fiscally responsible and hold the line on tax increases as much as possible.

Plan: I intend to continue to support our First Selectwoman’s efforts to modernize our Town government making us more efficient and thus allowing us to provide maximum services at the least cost possible.

2. Issue: Overdevelopment of land in residential areas which is threatening our neighborhoods throughout the Town of Fairfield.

Plan: I intend to continue to be an advocate and voice to push back against the overdevelopment of land in residential neighborhoods and particularly when the proposed developments threaten the safety of our citizens and the environment.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

As an attorney I have the legal training and expertise to analyze problems and assess complex issues and read complicated documents to provide further perspective and insight to the discussions and debates on issues that come before the RTM.

Accomplishments:

1. I was born and raised in Fairfield.

2. I was educated in the Fairfield Public School system.

3. I have lifelong commitment to our community.

4. I own and operate a business in Fairfield.

4. I have practiced law in Fairfield for 26 years.

5. Completing my first full term as an incumbent RTM Member for District 2.

6. I have successfully advocated for the modernization of Town government which has resulted and will continue to result in tax savings for our citizens and more efficient delivery of services to our residents and better quality of life for Fairfielders.

Other issues:

I am willing to step up and advocate for my constituents on issues that impact them. I am a voice for our residents who are trying to make sure that our neighborhoods are protected and that we maintain the quality of life that many of us chose when we decided to live in Fairfield and raise our families here.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I am a 26 year advocate for domestic violence victims and I am the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for a safe housing provider to women and children victims of domestic violence.
