Landmark Fairfield Restaurant Closes Its Doors
A "little pub" will replace the steakhouse that has closed after 66 years in business.

FAIRFIELD, CT — The Angus Steakhouse, a Fairfield landmark that anchored Dolan’s Corner at Black Rock Turnpike and Stillson Road for more than 65 years, has closed its doors, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reports that a “little pub” will open in its place later this summer after the site is renovated.
The little pub, as the owners spell it, offers “great food, generous drinks, and a lively pub atmosphere you'll feel right at home in,” according to the pub’s website.
The Fairfield location will be the fourth “little pub” in Fairfield County with the other restaurants in Ridgefield, Wilton and Greenwich.
