The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:
Fiscal responsibility and making smart investments that move Fairfield forward. I will hold the Administration accountable when I believe they are making poor decisions regarding how we spend the taxpayers money.
Critical differences between me and my opponents:
I, along with my 3 fellow democratic candidates, are truly pro education and fully support the education budget. Our schools are the #1 reason people move here. We believe in making changes to Senior Tax Relief so that more seniors can qualify. We believe in science, and facts and data to guide our decisions especially concerning Covid.
Accomplishments:
I have been in leadership positions in many school PTAs. I ran Pinkberry frozen yogurt with my husband in 5 locations in Connecticut. I am on the Executive Board of the Fairfield DTC. I believe in collaboration as I am a team player. We must bring back civility when working with those on the other side of the aisle.
Other issues:
Supporting Education which means fully supporting their budgets Supporting Seniors Environmental Protection
What else would you like voters to know about you?
I am straightforward and honest and care for the needs of others. I want voters to know that I believe we must stop the anger and hatred that we feel towards those that don't agree with us. We have to find common ground and work together to do what is best for the residents of Fairfield.
