Love Doctors: Fairfield Couple Married 83 Years to Give Advice on Twitter for Valentine's Day

John, 104, and Ann, 100, Betar will answer your questions in the social media experiment on Sunday.

Fairfield couple John and Ann Betar, who have been married for more than 83 years, will take over Twitter on Valentine’s Day and hand out marital and life advice, according to the Washington Post.

John, 104, and Ann, 100, have been named the “longest married couple in America” by the World Marriage Encounter.

Sunday’s social media experiment is being organized by Handy, an on-demand home services company that will be collecting the questions and tweeting the Betars’ answers, according to the Washington Post.

One bit of advice John Betar told the Post they’ve learned from their long marriage together is to “Live day to day within your means. Be content with what you have. Don’t spend more than you have. Respect each other.”

To get love and life advice from the Betars, tweet @Handy with the hashtag #longestlove. Handy will be making a charitable contribution to an organization of Betars choosing, according to the Post.
