Man, 93, Crosses Item Off Bucket List In Fairfield
The Fairfield Police Department helped the World War II veteran cross an item off his bucket list.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield Police helped a 93-year-old man cross an item off his bucket list with a special ride along. Donald Murray, a World War II veteran and former B-25 pilot, wanted to take a ride on a police boat as part of his “bucket list,” according to Fairfield Police. Mission Accomplished.
“We were happy to help him cross that off his list!,” police said in a post on Facebook Tuesday morning. “Thank you for your service sir!”
