FAIRFIELD, CT — An Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a teen in Fairfield must stay away from the girl, according to the Connecticut Post.

Dwaine Miller was accused earlier this month of assaulting the 17-year-old while giving her an Uber ride. The 31-year-old is a convicted felon and was released from custody after posting a $5,000 bond. A judge imposed a protective order against him Friday, the Post reports.

Miller, of Bridgeport, denies the allegations and plans to plead not guilty when he appears in court next month, according to the Post, which reported that since his arrest, Uber has suspended Miller's account.
