Man Fights With Restaurant Owner, Threatens Officer: Fairfield PD
Police say the accused fought with the owner after being asked to leave the restaurant and later threatened an officer.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Derby man is accused of fighting with a restaurant owner and threatening a police officer after being asked to leave the restaurant Sunday night in Fairfield, according to the Fairfield Citizen.
The Citizen reports Roberto Marrero, 30, was arrested after an officer on patrol saw him pushing and arguing with the owner of 55 Degrees outside the restaurant on Miller Street.
Marrero is accused of pushing and threatening the officer and later spitting on an officer during the booking process, according to the Citizen.
