Man Harassed Teen Girls At Beach In Fairfield: Police

The man was also arrested in connection to two hit-and-run accidents.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A Fairfield man faces several charges after being arrested in connection to two hit-and-run accidents and harassing teen girls at Jennings Beach earlier this summer, according to the Connecticut Post.

The Post reports William Brown, 54, was arrested for allegedly sideswiping a U.S. Postal truck and fleeing the scene last Friday and was additionally charged on active arrest warrants for another hit-and-run and an incident at Jennings Beach on July 5. A lifeguard told police Brown was approaching young teenage girls at the beach and also made a 5-year-old girl cry, according to the Post. A photo of Brown’s license plate was taken at each hit-and-run accident and the beach incident, the Post reports.
