Man Hospitalized After He Was Found With Puncture Wound In Fairfield
The victim reportedly went to a local gas station Wednesday morning seeking help.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A man was hospitalized early Wednesday morning after he went to a Fairfield gas station seeking help for a puncture wound in his chest, reported News 12 Connecticut.
The wound was not considered to be a threat to his life, and Fairfield police are investigating the incident. Patch reached out to a police spokesperson for more information, but has not yet received a reply.
According to News 12, the man went into a Cumberland Farms on Kings Highway East just before 4 a.m. complaining of the wound, and asked to use a phone.
