Man in Skull Mask Robs 7-Eleven in Fairfield at Knifepoint: Police

FAIRFIELD, CT — A man wearing a skull mask and armed with a knife robbed the 7-Eleven convenience store on Reef Road late Wednesday night.

The suspect entered the store, located at 257 Reef Road, at about 11:21 p.m., and threatened the clerk with a knife that was displayed and fled out the front door with an undisclosed amount of cash, according to police.

The clerk was not injured and called police approximately 5 minutes after the incident occurred, police said.

Police responded and deployed a K-9 with negative results. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras within the store.

The suspect was described as a male wearing a skull mask and gloves, with a striped hoodie and jeans.
