Man Started Company With Stolen Identity: Fairfield Police
The victim learned he was listed as the manager of a company he never heard of when he was served with a lawsuit, according to a report.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A man learned his identity was stolen when he was served with court papers after a vehicle of a cleaning service he was allegedly the manager of was involved in an accident, according to the Fairfield Citizen. The man, however, said he had nothing to do with the company.
The Citizen reports Luiz Texeira, 59, of Bridgeport, was arrested following an investigation and is accused of using the victim’s identity to set up Alvarado’s Cleaning, LLC and listed him as the company’s manager.
