Missing Swimmer Found Safe At Beach In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — A swimmer who was reported missing was found safe on the land at Jennings Beach on Saturday afternoon. Fire officials say Fairfield lifeguards, police, firefighter rescue swimmers, marine units from both police and fire, and paramedics from AMR worked together to search for the reported missing swimmer. The swimmer was uninjured, according to officials.
