FAIRFIELD, CT — The F45 Fairfield USA fitness training studio celebrated the grand opening of its first Connecticut location over the weekend at 915-917 Post Road in the Fairfield Shopping Center.
“I am thrilled to have F45 in Fairfield,” First Selectman Mike Tetreau said. “I am sure with their help we will be the most-fit community in the state. The timing couldn’t be better with Restaurant Week just around the corner. Welcome to Fairfield.”

They offer a 45-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is designed to burn more than 750 calories, using a combination of strength and cardio.
