New Gym To Hold Grand Opening In Fairfield
There's a new place in Fairfield to get in a workout or take classes.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield officials will welcome a new gym to town this week.
A ribbon cutting and grand opening for the business, Cardio Kick, will be officiated by First Selectwoman Brenda Kupchick at 1:40 p.m. Wednesday at the gym, 2179 Black Rock Turnpike.
“At Cardio Kick, we believe in only the highest standards of physical fitness training and have developed a full-body workout that will help you achieve your physical and mental health goals," owner Stacy DeSabella said in a town news release. "Our coaches are actively enriching the lives of our members and creating a community of like-minded people who love being healthy and strong. Getting your mind and body in shape is our goal.”

The gym's client base includes people with a wide range of objectives at different life stages. Certified professionals focus on developing individualized plans.
