New Restaurant Opening Soon on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield
The restaurant features unique dishes from the Pacific Rim regions.

FAIRFIELD, CT – A new restaurant, which features unique dishes from the Pacific Rim including the U.S. west coast, Hawaii and East Asia, will open March 19 at the former site of Tomato and Basil Café and Pizzeria on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, according to CTbites.com.
Miro Kitchen is a partnership between restaurateur Eugene Kabilnitsky and the chef/owner of the Hapa Food Truck, Chris Gonzalez and his wife/co-owner Nicole Samela, according to CTbites.
The Pacific Rim-inspired dishes will be merged with American classics on the Miro Kitchen menu.
The restaurant is located at 1876 Black Rock Turnpike.
