New Training Facility Opening In Fairfield
The functional training network, which was founded in Australia, will open in Fairfield for its first Connecticut location.

FAIRFIELD, CT — F45, a functional training network that was founded in Australia, will be opening its first training facility in Connecticut at the Fairfield Shopping Center, Jon Angel, President of Southport-based Angel Commercial, L.L.C., announced in a press release.
“Pier Way Partners LLC have leased 2,699 SF of retail space at 915-919 Post Road in Fairfield, Connecticut, for a F45 Training Center,” Angel, who represented both the tenant and landlord in this transaction, said in a statement.
Founded in Australia in 2014, F45 Training has since grown to more than 750 franchises in 26 countries and is now focused on its stateside expansion. F45 Training offers a 45-minute, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that is designed to burn more than 750 calories, using a combination of strength and cardio. F45 will join Bob’s Store, HobbyTown USA, ZenRide Spinning Studio, Jenny Craig, and others in the Fairfield Shopping Center located at the corner of Route 1 and South Benson Road.
“With close proximity to I-95, the Fairfield Shopping Center is an ideal location for F45,” Angel said. “It is conveniently located, easily accessible and provides abundant parking. There is currently 6, 541 SF available for lease next to F45.”
