Obituary: Anne Ferrandino Scicutella, 90, of Fairfield

Anne Ferrandino Scicutella, 90, of Fairfield, the beloved wife of the late Jerome Scicutella, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, March 9, 2019. Born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Giambattista and Nunziata Ferrandino, she was a resident of Richmond Hill, Queens where she was an Office Manager for Melro Electronics for many years. She relocated to Fairfield 25 years ago to be near her granddaughters. She was a devoted member of the Society M.S. Maria SS Del Buoncammino di Altamura.
Anne was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She will always be remembered for her strength, her generosity and her commitment to family. Anne loved to pass on her family traditions and spend time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Anne is survived by her devoted children: Francesca DeMaria and her husband Stephen, Nancy Scicutella and Paul John Scicutella, all of Fairfield; her three grandchildren and their spouses, Annie and Shaun Naedele of Stratford, Sara and Solly Chedid of League City, TX and Elissa and Matt Battista of NYC. Her great grandchildren always brought a beautiful smile to her face - Robert Jerome Kennedy and John Jerome and Grace Anne Naedele. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Betty Scicutella of Sound Beach, LI and Sophia Scicutella of Randolph Center, VT and many loving nieces and nephews. Anne was predeceased by her sister, Mary Ferrandino and her brother and his wife, Nick and Josephine Ferrandino.
The family would like to thank her caregiver, Sabrina, for the wonderful care of their Mother these past four years.
