Obituary: Jay M. Sirois, 37; Fairfield Prep Graduate
Jay had a dedication to sports and the people in his life that was truly without equal.

Jay Michael Sirois, 37, was suddenly and inexplicably taken from us on April 17, 2018 doing what he loved best - playing ball and making those around him feel happy, special and loved. He was born in Hartford to Veronica Lorraine Falana and the late James Thomas Sirois. Jay had a happy childhood full of loving family and friends growing up in Westport.
He graduated with honors from Fairfield Preparatory High School in 1999, and proudly graduated from Georgetown University in 2003 with a BA in Literature. During his time at Georgetown, he cultivated innumerable lifelong friendships and an undying love for the Hoyas, rivaled only by his love for the Chicago Cubs. After college, he fulfilled his dream of living in Chicago from 2010 – 2015. His infectious smile, spirit, and soul were woven into the fabric of his beloved city. Jay had a dedication to sports and the people in his life that was truly without equal. Despite living a block from Wrigley Field, the Cubs didn’t win the World Series until 2016, a year after Jay and Lindsey moved to LA.
In 2015, Jay and Lindsey moved to Los Angeles to open AIR® - Aerial Fitness LA in California. In addition, Jay was also a partner in JS TEARNE, Inc., in Norwalk, serving as Director of Finance and Operating officer alongside his partner Chris Tearne, President. Jay was most recently a Senior Project Manager at Cheetah Digital Solutions Worldwide.
