Obituary: Marilyn M. Roe, 81, Of Fairfield

Marilyn M. Roe, 81 of Fairfield, the beloved wife of Kenneth Roe, passed away peacefully at
home on Friday, September 8, 2023. She was born in the Bronx to the late George and Helen
Muller.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her loving sons, Kenneth Roe and his wife Susan
of Buda, TX, Thomas Roe and his wife Suzanne of Newtown and Peter Roe of Fairfield. She
will also be missed by her grandchildren, Cooper and his wife Evelyn of Powell, OH, Cormac
and his wife Sophia of Arlington, VA and Charles & Madeline of Newtown.

Friends may greet her family on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at the
Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home, 50 Reef Rd. in Fairfield. A Mass of Christian Burial will be
held on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545
Stratfield Rd. in Fairfield. Interment will follow in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull.
