Obituary: Nancy B. DeLaurentis, 88, Of Fairfield

The following obituary of Fairfield resident Nancy B. DeLaurentis, 88, is from Spear-Miller Funeral Home:

Nancy B. DeLaurentis, age 88, of Fairfield, beloved wife of the late Anthony J. DeLaurentis, passed away on Friday, April 7, 2023 at her home in Fairfield with her loving family at her side. The daughter of late Raymond and Lillian Beaudin, Nancy was born in Fairfield, CT where she lived her entire life. She worked at Handy and Harman and then alongside her friends at Family Dental Group, dedicated herself fully to her family, and was loved by all. Nancy was a fan of movie nights with her best friend Gloria Kocsis, and enjoyed musicals and opera, her favorite being Madama Butterfly.

Survivors include her beloved sons Anthony R. DeLaurentis, his girlfriend Laurie, and his former wife, Carmella, Thomas M. DeLaurentis, his girlfriend Karen, and his former wife, Jill, all of Fairfield, Mark A. DeLaurentis and his wife Lorraine, of Texas; her brother Raymond Taft Beaudin Jr. and his wife, Lorraine, of Florida; grandchildren, Jessica, Eric and his wife Jennifer, Noah, Ashton, Shaye, Katherine, and Alec; two great-granddaughters, Madison and Erin, and a great-grandson, Michael; a special cousin, Elizabeth Ann Beaudin of Fairfield; nephews, David Beaudin, Jonathan Beaudin, Christopher Beaudin, Louis Sulkazi, Chip DeLaurentis, and several other great-nieces and nephews; her godson Jay and the entire Kocsis Family.

Prior calling hours have been omitted. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, 545 Stratfield Road, Fairfield on Thursday, April 13, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. with internment following in Lawncroft Cemetery. The family wishes to thank Maya Iunani, Nato Jakhia, and the Hospice staff at Constellation Health Services for the care and compassion given to Nancy and her family.
