yes, appointed to Affordable Housing. And 3 previous elected terms for Board of Assessment Appeals

Now we'd like to ask a few questions about your reasons for running and your general views on politics and government. First, why are you seeking this office?

As a Realtor of 25 years and a resident of Fairfield for 36 years, I have the experience needed to thoroughly analyze real estate data and help fellow citizens with their assessment appeals

Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is \_\_\_, and this is what I intend to do about it.

Affordability in this town. I am sad to see how many senior citizens can no longer afford to stay in their homes......sad to see young married couples who want to move back to the town where they grew up, but can't afford to buy here. If I can help residents, who might be over assessed in their value, understand their worth and appeal that assessment, I am committed to doing so.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I KNOW real estate. Having served 6 years already on this BAA, I can tell you that I have personally been inside a majority of the homes that come before us with appeals. I know the history of these homes and the neighborhoods. Without extensive real estate knowledge, it is very difficult to make a fully informed decision.

no

Realtor for 25 years

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Treat others the way you want to be treated. "Love one another as I have loved you"

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

I am fair, honest and hard working.
