Family in government: no

The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

Land development - and I plan to work with all parties involved to make sure we manage our land in a responsible manner.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

I am willing to work with both parties...other candidates do not want to listen and find common ground.

Accomplishments:

43 years of work in NYC in the advertsiing / marketing / sales business....I bring experience and balance.

Other issues:

Holding the line on property taxes....no increase. Fully support our Police and fire dept...

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I get things done...I am a pleasure to work with and my experience makes me unique for public service.
