Police Identify Driver In Fatal Fairfield Crash
The 33-year-old Fairfield man appeared to be the only person involved in the crash, according to police.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield police have identified the driver in a fatal crash that happened over the weekend as 33-year-old Steven Conneely, of Fairfield. Conneely was found dead about 2 a.m. Saturday after the vehicle he was driving hit a parked car and then a tree in a yard on Black Rock Turnpike near Finn Street, Capt. Robert Kalamaras confirmed Sunday evening. Conneely appeared to be the only person involved in the crash, police have said.
