Post Oak Barbecue Co. Poised For Possible Comeback: Report
The owners reportedly are seeking new management to run the restaurant.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield-based Post Oak Barbecue Co., which has been closed, could possibly make a comeback next month, once the owners find new management to run the restaurant, reported the Fairfield Citizen.
The 2,700 square foot restaurant opened in 2022, and the space, which is at 93 Post Road, is currently listed for rent.
Owners Stephen Garrett and Elaine Chao had planned on closing the restaurant to concentrate on catering and a food truck, but are now seeking a new manager to keep the dine-in option going.
