Road Closures Planned For Wednesday In Fairfield
The Fairfield Police Union Sunset 5K will require road closures Wednesday in the beach area.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Drivers in Fairfield's beach area should plan for road closures Wednesday night.
The Fairfield Police Union Sunset 5K will begin 6:30 p.m. at Penfield Beach, with road closures starting at 6 p.m. and lasting until runners have cleared the course, according to a town advisory. Police and other traffic controls will be in place to assist runners and motorists.
