Road Paving Starts Friday In Fairfield
See which Fairfield streets are scheduled to be paved in the next week.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Road paving is scheduled for the coming days in Fairfield, and police are warning residents to be prepared for detours and delays.
The following schedule, provided by the Fairfield Police Department, is weather dependent and subject to change:
- Oct. 8: Villa Avenue (all)
- Oct. 9: Melville Avenue (Cornell Road to Melville Drive)
- Oct. 12: Melville Avenue (Villa Avenue to Old Stratfield Road)
- Oct. 13: Melville Avenue (Old Stratfield Road to Knapps Highway)
- Oct. 14: Querida Street, Roselle Street, Jackman Avenue firehouse, Merritt Street and Lu Manor Drive
- To be determined: Jefferson Street, One Rod Highway
