The woman was taken to a hospital for her injuries.

FAIRFIELD, CT — An elderly woman was taken to the hospital after she was trapped in an SUV on Thursday, according to the Fairfield Fire Department.
The rollover occurred just before noon in the 400 block of Villa Avenue, according to Deputy Chief Kyran Dunn. The woman was driving a Subaru Outback west when her SUV veered right and collided with a parked vehicle, causing the Outback to roll over, according to a police report.
Firefighters and police assisted the woman, who was transported by American Medical Response to a nearby hospital for injuries that were not life threatening, Dunn said. The woman's driver's license was suspended and she was referred to the Fairfield senior center, according to police.
