CT Coronavirus: Deaths, Cases For Each Nursing Home Released
Gov. Ned Lamont released the data on every nursing home in Connecticut with residents who have tested positive for COVID-19.
CONNECTICUT ā There have been 375 deaths among nursing home residents attributed to the new coronavirus in Connecticut, according to a new report released Thursday night by Gov. Ned Lamont.
The total number of confirmed positive coronavirus cases inside Connecticut nursing homes is 1,713 residents.
Gardner Heights Health Care Center in Shelton and Abbott Terrace Health Center in Waterbury have claimed the most fatalities, each home to 15 residents who died from COVID-19, according to the report.

Statewide, the death toll from the virus is 971, and 15,884 active cases have been confirmed. Over the past 24 hours there have been 103 new deaths, 1,129 new positive cases and an additional 18 hospitalizations reported.
