Sacred Heart University Student's Rapist Identified; Police Need Your Help
Police are searching for the suspect. If you know where he is, please contact the Fairfield Police Department.

Fairfield police say Edibaldo “Eddie” Duran or Eddie Guerrero is the man responsible for sexually assaulting a Sacred Heart University student on Labor Day.
Police are asking the public for your help in finding the suspect.

On September 1, 2014, at approximately 3:00 a.m a Home Invasion occurred in the town of Fairfield involving a private residence occupied by female college students.
The lone occupant of the home at the time was woken by the suspect, beaten, sexually assaulted and strangled to the point of unconsciousness.

After an intensive investigation, to include a scientific examination of physical evidence, the subject pictured below has been definitively identified as the person responsible for the attack, and an arrest warrant has been obtained for his arrest.
Edibaldo “Eddie” DURAN - possible AKA Eddie Guerrero
DOB 6/20/1989
Mexican National, 5’2”, approximately 150-160lbs, dark hair, possibly spiky, facial acne, and what the victim described as “grayish eyes”. He also spoke with a slight Spanish accent.
The above picture on the left was taken in August 2014, however, on the evening before the attack he shaved his goatee closely and MAY resemble the altered picture on the right.
