Search Continues for Fairfield Teen's Killer Seven Years Later

While it’s been seven years since a Fairfield teen was shot and killed inside his home, police say they are still committed to finding the killer in the unsolved murder.

Kyle Schneider was found dead in his home on May 1, 2008 by his father. Schneider, who was 17 years old and a student at Fairfield Warde, died of a gunshot wound to the head.

Police officials told News 12 that they have never stopped looking for the killer and have been examining the care more closely in recent months with assistance from federal agencies.
