Several Fairfield Homes Burglarized In Recent Weeks: Police
In two cases, the burglars gained entry through a broken window, Fairfield police said.

FAIRFIELD, CT — Several Fairfield homes were burglarized in recent weeks, according to police.
Multiple people entered a residence through a broken window about 7 p.m. Feb. 19 on Laurel Brook Lane, police said, noting the occupant captured the incident on surveillance video. The same day, a bedroom window was smashed around 10 p.m. at a separate home on Towne House Road, and the residence was entered, according to police.
Someone attempted to force their way into a home on Park Drive between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. Feb. 23, police said. Additionally, a burglar forcibly entered a residence on Meadowbrook Road through a rear door sometime between Feb. 24 and Feb. 28, according to police.
