SHU Media Exchange Hosts Ukraine Fundraising Telethon Event June 2

FAIRFIELD, CT — The SHU Media Exchange at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield will host a fundraising telethon event, Slava Ukraini, on June 2 to help raise relief funds for the citizens of Ukraine.

"The event will consist of prayers, live performances, and speakers, as well as food, beverages, and a donation drawing," organizers wrote in a statement. "Participation can be done in person or via live stream."

Seating is limited. The event is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. at Martire Center for Liberal Arts; live-streaming starts at 6:30 p.m.

The SHU Media Exchange is fully operated by graduate students enrolled in Sacred Heart’s School of Communications and Media Arts programs.
