SHU Students Leave Mess At Seaside Park: Officials

BRIDGEPORT, CT — Sacred Heart University students left a big mess at Seaside Park after the nice weather Saturday, according to Bridgeport city officials.

Overtime crews were called in to clean up the mess over the weekend at West Beach. No damage was reported, but an "unacceptable" amount of litter was left behind, according to the Connecticut Post.

SHU officials are cooperating with police to identify those who left a mess. Some students could face arrest and be forced to pay for cleanup.
