Snow Squalls Warning Canceled For Fairfield And New Haven County
The snow squall warning has been canceled by the National Weather Service.

UPDATE: The snow squall warning has been cancelled for Fairfield and New Haven County.
In a 11 a.m. update, the National Weather Service says that a line of snow showers will impact central Fairfield and southern New Haven County.
"At 10:42 a.m., a line of snow showers was located over Trumbull, or near Bridgeport, moving east at 35 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this line of snow showers."

This line of snow showers will be near:
Shelton and Stratford around 10:50 a.m.
Seymour around 10:55 a.m.
Milford and Orange around 11 a.m.
New Haven around 11:05 a.m.
Branford and North Branford around 11:20 a.m.
North Madison around 11:30 a.m.
"Visibilities will drop quickly to less than a mile with this activity. Conditions can deteriorate rapidly in winter weather situations. Be prepared for snow or ice covered roads. Slow down and allow extra time when traveling," the weather service cautions.

FAIRFIELD/NEW HAVEN COUNTY — A Snow Squall Warning has been issued until 10:45 a.m. for Fairfield County and southwestern parts of New Haven County. A line of snow showers will be moving through soon, the National Weather Service says. You may have heard your phone light up with the notification concerning the snow squalls.
The weather service says that "a line of snow showers was extending from Newburgh to near Stamford. Movement was east at 35 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this line of snow showers."

Norwalk around 10:10 a.m.
Carmel around 10:15 a.m.
Lake Carmel and New York--Newark around 10:20 a.m.
Brookfield and New Fairfield around 10:30 a.m.

Brewster around 10:05 a.m.
Danbury around 10:20 a.m.
Bethel and Brookfield around 10:25 a.m.
Redding around 1030 a.m.
Newtown around 1035 a.m.
Southbury and Monroe around 10:45 a.m.
