Southport Man Possessed Narcotics In Milford: Police
Two people were arrested, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Southport man and a Seymour man were arrested in Milford and police seized narcotics and a large sum of cash, police said.
On May 29, members of the Police Department's Tactical Unit were conducting an anti-crime patrol in the area of the Pilot Truck Stop at 433 Old Gate Lane. Detectives saw suspicious activity that led to two motor vehicle stops.
Both vehicles and occupants were searched and as a result both, Todd Flanagan, 46, of High Meadow Road in Southport and Carlos Vidal-Sotillo, 53, of Colony Road in Seymour were charged, police said. Police said they seized Oxycodone pills and more than $4,000 in cash.

Vidal-Sotillo is charged with sale of narcotics and Flanagan is charged with possession of narcotics.
