Summer Reading Kick-Off Party at Owen Fish Park
The Fairfield Library invites patrons to attend StoryWalk on June 20. There will also be games and ice cream to enjoy while it lasts!

From the Fairfield Public Library:
Celebrate the first day of summer with us on Monday, June 20 with a kick-off party and StoryWalk® at Owen Fish Park, 1443 Stratfield Road. StoryWalk® is an innovative and delightful way for children — and adults! — to enjoy reading along an outdoor path.
There will also be games, fitness challenges and ice cream to enjoy while it lasts. Drop-in between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm, no registration required. Appropriate for children entering grades K-5.

And while you’re at the park, register for Summer Reading! Get inked with a temporary tattoo and receive your first prize before participating in our StoryWalk® challenges and games.
This year’s summer reading program is “On Your Mark, Get Set . . . Read!” Read your way through the Hall of Champions and explore all of the fun and interesting things to do this summer at the Library.
