Tractor-Trailer Accident Closes Lane On I-95 In Fairfield: UPDATE
The winter storm is already causing problems on the roads with accidents on both sides of I-95 in Fairfield.

UPDATE: The accident scenes have been cleared, according to the DOT.
FAIRFIELD, CT — The winter storm is already causing problems on the roads with two accidents reported on I-95 in Fairfield. A one-vehicle accident on I-95 North between Exits 25 and 26 has closed the left lane. That accident was reported at 11:06 a.m., according to the state DOT.
An accident involving a tractor-trailer and a vehicle has closed one lane on I-95 South between Exits 22 and 21 in Fairfield. The center lane is closed. That accident was reported at 11:20 a.m.

UPDATE: The Fairfield Fire Department currently has units on the scene of multiple motor vehicle accidents on I-95 Northbound and Southbound in the area of Exit 22, officials said just before 12 noon.
