Truck Strikes Train Overpass, Snarling Traffic In Fairfield
The bridge was not damaged, nor was the driver injured, according to Fairfield police.

FAIRFIELD, CT — A truck had to be towed after it struck a train overpass near the town center, according to Fairfield police, slowing traffic Friday morning. The incident occurred at the South Benson Road overpass, and impeded traffic flow until the truck was towed, although the bridge was not damaged and the driver was not injured, police said.
