Man Charged with Public Indecency in Fairfield

A Trumbull man was cited for public indecency after a woman accused him of masturbating in his car while at a Fairfield gas station Friday night, however, he reportedly told police he was just following doctor’s orders.

The Fairfield Citizen reports Jamie Salinas, 43, told police he had to relieve himself but because of a disability, his doctors said he shouldn’t walk a lot so he was therefore urinating into a coffee cup.

Salinas’ car was parked right by the door of the Citgo gas station on the Post Road, according to the Citizen.
