Webinar Set In Fairfield On Housing & Zoning Bills In CT Legislature

FAIRFIELD, CT — This Sunday night (March 10) from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., CT169Strong, grassroots, non-partisan group that [Alexis Harrison is] the president of, will be hosting a webinar to provide an overview of the zoning and housing bills that are in front of our General Assembly this session.

[Alexis Harrison] will be moderating the event. Our panelists include: Francis Pickering, Executive Director of WestCOG; State Sen. Jeffrey Gordon (R-35); Kathryn Braun, environmental attorney and Fairfield P&Z Commissioner and Maria Weingarten, co-founder of CT169Strong.

Many of you have offered letters and testimony against the bills that jeopardize local control of our zoning and our ability to make decisions, along with making meaningful reforms that create housing affordability for our residents who need it. We look forward to the conversation.
